ПРЕДМЕТ НА ОБЩЕСТВЕНАТА ПОРЪЧКА:  „Основен ремонт на два броя улици на територията на община Брацигово“, на два обекта, както следва: Обект № 1 - Основен ремонт на ул. „Втора“ в участък от о.т.119 до о.т.164, с.Бяга; Обект №  2 - Основен ремонт на ул.“Тридесет и първа“ в участък от о.т.72 до о.т.77, с.Розово; Важно: За обект  №  2 - Основен ремонт на ул.“Тридесет и първа“ в участък от о.т.72 до о.т.77, с.Розово ше се възложи изпълнението само на етап 1. Обект на обществената поръчка е „строителство“ по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП. Според дейностите, включени в предмета на поръчката, се дефинира следния приложим код по CPV: 45000000 - Строителни и монтажни работи, съгласно Общ терминологичен речник Категория на строежите: Основен ремонт на ул. „Втора“ в участък от о.т.119 до о.т.164, с. Бяга - IV категория, съгласно чл.137 от ЗУТ. Разрешение за строеж № 52/16.09.2026г; Основен ремонт на ул.“Тридесет и първа“ в участък от о.т.72 до о.т.77, с. Розово - IV категория, съгласно чл.137 от ЗУТ. Разрешение за строеж № 51/16.09.2026г.         Целта на възлагането на настоящата поръчка е избор на изпълнител, на който да бъде възложено извършването на строително - монтажни работи, подробно разписани в Техническата спецификация- Приложение №1 към  документацията за участие. Срок за изпълнение: Съгласно срокът, посочен от участника в Техническото предложение, но не по-дълъг от 45 календарни дни, за всеки обект поотделно. За начало на срока за изпълнение на СМР ще се счита датата на получаване на възлагателно писмо за всеки обект, за край - датата на подписване на Протокол за действително извършени дейности, без забележки. Финансиране на поръчката: капиталовите разходи за 2026г. Възможност за варианти: Възложителят не допуска представяне на  варианти в офертите
