Обхват на дейностите:Обхватът на дейностите включва всички необходими работи за цялостно и безопасно премахване на сградата, включително подготвителни дейности, разрушаване, управление на отпадъците и възстановяване на терена.Подготвителните дейности включват оглед на площадката, ограждане и сигнализация. Разрушителните работи следва да се извършват механизирано и с ръчни методи за по-прецизни операции.Всички образувани строителни отпадъци трябва да бъдат сортирани, натоварени и транспортирани до лицензирани депа, съгласно изискванията на законодателството.Техническото изпълнение на строителството трябва да бъде осъществено в съответствие с изискванията на приложимата нормативна уредба, в т.ч. Закон за устройство на територията и подзаконовите нормативни актове към него; техническата спецификация и минималните изисквания за здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при извършване на СМР.
