The procedure concerns the supply of a service: engaging external experts to deliver two two-day on-the-job trainings under Activity 1 of project BG16RFTA001-1.010-0135-C01. Each training covers public procurement skills and the application of state aid and minimum aid rules, addressed to 3 employees and 6 members of the management board, i.e. 9 participants per training, 18 in total. Sessions are held in person on Fridays and Saturdays. The contract runs for one calendar month from its signing. The procedure is standalone, with no separate lots, and follows a single public invitation. The award criterion is the optimal quality-price ratio, with quality weighted 51% and price 49%, according to the attached methodology. Scope is set in the technical specification. Maximum final expenditure is EUR 10,225.84.
