Description

5.1. Товар постачається Замовнику транспортом і за рахунок Постачальника в упаковці, яка забезпечує її збереження під час транспортування, вантажно - розвантажувальних робіт та збереження у межах термінів придатності установлених чинними нормативними документами. 5.2. Місце поставки товарів - вул. Пашина Леоніда, 12, м. Чернігів (склад Замовника). Відвантаження і розвантаження товарів здійснюється Постачальником в склад покупця. Поставка здійснюється щоденно/щотижнево крім неділі з 07-00 до 12-00 по заявці Замовника, в якій вказується асортимент та кількість товару по кожній окремій поставці. 5.3. Постачальник здійснює передачу товарів матеріально-відповідальній особі Замовника згідно видаткової накладної. 5.4. Замовлення на поставку відповідної партії Товару подається Замовником Постачальнику або у письмовій формі власноручно або передається факсимільним або поштовим зв'язком (рекомендованим листом), або/чи в усній формі (засобами телефонного зв’язку) не пізніше 3 днів до дати поставки партії Товару. В замовленні обов’язково повинно буди вказано: - кількість Товару; - вид та найменування Товару; - строк поставки Товару. 5.5. Постачальник у строк, який не перевищує 1 робочого дня від дати одержання Замовлення Замовника на поставку відповідної партії Товару, розглядає Замовлення та погоджується на поставку (часткову поставку) відповідної партії Товару. 5.6. Про підтвердження заявки або про її відхилення Постачальник сповіщає Замовника письмово або/чи усній формі (засобами телефонного зв’язку) протягом 1 робочого дня з дати отримання замовлення . 5.7. Термін поставки товару: до 31 грудня 2026 року. 5.8. Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран.
