Organisational and technical support for two two-day discussion meetings for internal knowledge transfer and good practices under Activity 3 of project BG16RFTA001-1.010-0135-C01

The procurement is a service for the organisational and technical support of Activity 3 'Internal knowledge transfer and good practices' under project BG16RFTA001-1.010-0135-C01. The contractor must organise two separate two-day discussion meetings in a suitable hall, four in-person days in total, held on a Friday and Saturday. Each meeting is organised for 19 participants: 3 trained staff, 6 trained members of the Management Board and an average of 10 active members. The first meeting transfers knowledge from Activity 1 and the second from Activity 2. The beneficiary provides trained internal presenters and thematic content, while the contractor provides organisation, technical support, facilitation, working materials and documentation according to the technical specification.
