Werkgeverschap en ondersteunende dienstverlening voor WSW- en nieuw beschut medewerkers van de gemeente Lochem. De gemeente Lochem is voornemens deze opdracht enkelvoudig te gunnen aan Larcom. De dienstverlening betreft een sociale en andere specifieke dienst (SAS-dienst). Uit marktverkenning is gebleken dat het aantal aanbieders dat deze specifieke combinatie van werkgeverschap, salarisadministratie, verzuimbegeleiding en specialistische kennis van de Cao SW en Cao Aan de Slag kan aanbieden zeer beperkt is. Daarnaast acht de gemeente continuïteit voor de doelgroep van groot belang. Belanghebbenden die van mening zijn dat zij deze dienstverlening eveneens kunnen uitvoeren, worden verzocht uiterlijk binnen 20 kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging een gemotiveerde reactie in te dienen (uiterlijk op 19-08-2026). Na afloop van deze termijn behoudt de gemeente zich het recht voor de overeenkomst met Larcom te sluiten.
