Oppdragsgiver skal inngå avtale om ombygging av dagens resepsjonsområde og omkringliggende arealer ved kommunehuset i Elnesvågen. Ombyggingen omfatter ca. 330 m2 fordelt på to etasjer. Arbeidene skal utføres som delte utførelsesentrepriser der oppdragsgiver kan inngå kontrakt med inntil 4 entreprenører.Arbeidene er fordelt på følgende entrepriser: K20 Bygg, K30 Rør, K36 Ventilasjon og K40 Elektro/tele/kommunikasjon/adgangskontroll. Konkurransen lyses ut samlet, og leverandører velger selv hvilke entrepriser de ønsker å gi tilbud på.
