Predmetom zákazky je vybudovanie diela, pozostávajúceho zo stavebných prác pre projekt „Odstraňovanie bariér vo vodnom toku Nitra, VÚ SKN0004, VD Nitra, rkm 59,845" (Hať Nitra) - súčasný rybovod vybudovaný v rámci objektu hate nevyhovuje v zmysle metodického usmernenia MŽP SR, „Určenie vhodných typov rybovodov podľa typológie vodných tokov“ parametrami pre požadované rybie pásmo, resp. pre stanovené cieľové druhy rýb. Vzhľadom na vysokú prioritu spriechodnenia migračnej bariéry, ktorú predstavuje hať v rkm 59,845 na Nitre v meste Nitra, je navrhnutý nový rybovod. Parametre sú riešené tak, aby sa v maximálnej miere blížili k splneniu podmienok metodického usmernenia MŽP SR, požiadavkám SRZ a ŠOP SR, ako aj požiadavkám SVP, š. p. na stavebno-technické možnosti danej lokality so zreteľom na prevádzkovanie VD Nitra, najmä pri prechode povodňových prietokov. Zároveň budú realizované práce v rámci projektu „Odstraňovanie bariér vo vodnom toku Nitra, VÚ SKN0004, VD Jelšovce, rkm 72,100" (Hať Jelšovce) - riečny stupeň v rkm 72,100 na rieke Nitra vzhľadom na existujúci rozdiel hornej a dolnej hladiny tvorí neprekonateľnú prekážku v migrácii ichtyofauny. Na spriechodnenie rieky Nitra v mieste existujúceho stupňa je potrebné vybudovať rybovod, ktorý umožní prechod ichtyofauny. Vzhľadom na výškové usporiadanie stupňa bol ako najvýhodnejší typ rybieho prechodu zvolený bezprekážkový typ rybovodu s meandrujúcim korytom, čím sa dosiahlo predlženie trasy a zníženie sklonu dna rybovodu. Rekonštrukcia pôvodného rybovodu je nemožná vzhľadom na celkovú konštrukciu a dispozičné riešenie hate a vodnej elektrárne. Bližšia špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je uvedená v prílohe číslo 1-1 súťažných podkladov - Opis, v prílohe číslo 1-2 súťažných podkladov - Projekt 1, v prílohe číslo 1-3 súťažných podkladov - Projekt 2 a v prílohe číslo 2 súťažných podkladov - návrh Zmluvy.
