El dipòsit de sosa ha superat la seva vida útil i ha de ser reposat per motius de seguretat. Addicionalment, el recinte que conté el dipòsit no disposa d’un tancat perimetral de retenció necessari en cas de fuita del producte, la qual cosa implica també la reposició de tot el sistema d’activació de la neutralització de les fuites i la seva integració al telecontrol de la planta. El projecte d’execució de l’obra no solament defineix els equips a substituir i el seu cost, sinó que també aborda la manera en què s’haurà d’executar l’obra. Les actuacions d’aquest contracte es faran en un únic lot, atesa la interrelació entre totes les parts del projecte.
