Art der Leistung Die Stadt Aachen beabsichtigt den Abschluss eines Vertrages für die Nutzung einer KiTa-App in den 56 städtischen Tageseinrichtungen für Kinder. Ziel ist die Bereitstellung einer modernen, nutzungsfreundlichen Lösung zur Unterstützung der KiTas in den Bereichen Information, Kommunikation und Organisation. Es soll eine bereits bestehende App gefunden werden, die den städtischen Anforderungen sowohl inhaltlich als auch aus Sicht der Datensicherheit, des Datenschutzes und dem Kinderschutz entspricht und in vergleichbaren KiTas/Kommunen eine Referenz hat. Der Anbieter der neuen App soll zudem Ansprechpartner für den Support sein. Umfang der Leistung Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 36 Monate. Insgesamt müssen alle 56 städtischen KiTas (ca. 3843 Plätze/Kinder, ca. 1089 Mitarbeitende davon ca. 162 Leitungskräfte) inkl. der dazugehörigen Eltern/Sorgeberechtigten1 (voraussichtlich ca. 7000) mit der neuen App ausgestattet werden (siehe Anlage 2 "Kalkulationsgrundlage Nutzende"). Der Projektstart ist sobald wie möglich bzw. direkt im Anschluss an die Auftragserteilung vorgesehen, voraussichtlich im Winter 2026/2027. Der Rollout ist für einen Zeitraum von rund einem Jahr geplant und wird in drei Phasen umgesetzt. In der ersten Phase werden im Winter 2027 die KiTas (15) angebunden, die derzeit bereits eine App (Kita-Kompass) nutzen. Bis zum Sommer 2027 folgen in der zweiten Phase die bereits mit der notwendigen Hardware ausgestatteten KiTas (18). Die verbleibenden KiTas (23) werden anschließend bis Ende 2027 an das System angeschlossen. Die Ausstattung mit der entsprechenden Hardware erfolgt seitens der Stadt Aachen frühzeitig vor dem Anschluss der KiTas.
