Description

Fredrikstad municipality and Hvaler municipality invite tenderers to a competition for the establishment of a contract for temporary staff services for educational personnel. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the Contracting Authority access to qualified temporary staff within educational personnel when the need cannot be met through our own resources. The framework agreement shall contribute to stable operation and continuity in nurseries, schools and before-and-after-school care due to i.a. sickness, staff holidays and other planned or unforeseen absences. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in the annexes to the tender documentation.
