Description

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment; Sub-contract 1: Various wearing steel. Sub-contract 2: Küper Combi or equivalent. Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or both lots. There are no limitations on how many sub-contracts one tenderer can be awarded; a tenderer can, therefore, be awarded both sub-contracts. Sub-contract 1: Various wearing steel. Sub-contract 1 includes various wearing steel that is in "Annex 3 Price and Evaluation Form Sub-tender 1 - 2026 Framework agreement for the purchase of wearing steel for road clearing". The estimated annual scope of the sub-contract is NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated total value for the entire contract period (2 +1 +1) is NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is based on activity levels in recent years and the expected level of activity. The total maximum value of the agreement, including options, is set at NOK 2.2 million excluding VAT, cf. the COURT of justice ́s judgement in case C-23/20.; Sub-contract 2: Küper Combi or equivalent.
