Description

The framework agreement shall cover the agency ́s need for valuations and valuations, hire assessments and accompanying consultancy services. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with three tenderers under part contract 1 for standard valuation and valuation. The sub-contract will cover the agency ́s need for ordinary valuations and valuations, as well as accompanying consultancy services. The objective will normally be assessments related to determining the market price for open sales in the market. In some cases special terms can be connected to any transaction, which the assessments must take into account.; A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for sub-contract 2 for special valuations and advice. The sub-contract will understand the agency's need for assistance with rent price assessments and other economic/business advice related to renting conditions, as well as valuation of service bags and other forms of rights submissions that do not naturally fall under ordinary purchase, sale or fixing.
