Framework agreement for the sale of flats

The Norwegian Parliament Administration (Stortingets administrasjon) intends to sell up to 11 flats in the centre of Oslo over a period of four years. It will enter into an agreement with one provider of estate agent services offering professional services with a high degree of service, both to the Parliament administration as seller and to potential buyers. The contract covers all associated services until each sale is completed and a flat has been handed over, including obtaining valuations, preparing announcements, presentations and bid rounds.
