Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place at E39 Knarvik - Oppedal. Charging stations are to be established in accordance with requirements in point 3.2 hours. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements in chapter 3. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 16 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years. The charging infrastructure shall be completely developed and in operation in accordance with point 3.2 h.
