The Norwegian Parliament (Stortinget) in Norway is procuring a new on-site interactive learning game for pupils aged 13 to 16 in lower secondary school. The new game will replace the Parliament's current learning games and become its main offer to this age group, supplementing other communication and learning systems. The delivery includes development, testing, roll-out, implementation, commissioning and maintenance of the learning game. The game should engage young people, stimulate learning, let students take an active role and trigger reflection on attitudes and use of their own skills.
