Description

The objective of the procurement is to establish a dynamic purchasing system for consultancy services within public procurements, procurements and logistics. The scheme shall contribute to covering the defence sector ́s always changing need for consultancy services. The establishment of a dynamic procurement scheme does not prevent other systems being established, e.g. a framework agreement, if it is considered appropriate. The objective of the assistance is to strengthen the procurement unit in FMA Procurements with expertise in public procurements. The offered consultants shall manage and assist in procurement processes including but not limited to preparing procurements and implementing competition processes, processing access requests and appeals, as well as quality assurance and ongoing consultancy services.
