Description

The competition is for a framework agreement for leasing multi-function machines, with an option for a system for secure scanning/printing. The objective of the framework agreement is to standardise the machinery, simplify operation, service and maintenance, as well as simplify the administration and procurement. Multifunction machines means machines that primarily have the possibility of the following functions: copies, printers, stapling, hole punching, scanners. The contracting authority envisages a need for a small, medium sized and large multi-function machine. Participants in the procurement: Karmøy municipality Bokn municipality Haugesund municipality Tysvær municipality Rits-Ryfylke IT cooperation (Strand, Suldal, Hjelmeland and Sauda) Tysnes Municipality Bømlo Municipality Stord municipality Kvinnherad municipality Fitjar Municipality Haugaland ICT Haugalandsmuseet Haugesund Parking Haugesund kommunale pensjonskasse Solstein - Wikipedia Sunnhordaland intermunicipal casualty clinic IKS Sunnhordaland Intermunicipal Child Protection Agency IKS Haugaland Growth IKS Haugaland Fire and Rescue IKS The following has an option: Utsira Municipality The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 17,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. Maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, c.f. the Procurement Act §7 and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement as the procurement is an goods procurement, cf. the apprentice regulations §4.
