Nordre Follo municipality, through The Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal (EBY), is seeking a tenant for the restaurant building at Ingierstrand bathing facility. The building, constructed in functionalist style, is an award-winning and internationally recognised example of Norwegian functionalist architecture and has been protected by the Directorate of Cultural Heritage since 2012. It was leased from 2013 and returned in spring 2025. Maintenance work is taking place in summer and autumn 2025, including connection to the public water and sewage network with upgrading of the property's water and sewage installations. The building will be ready for operation in summer 2026.
