Summary
Machine-generated summaryVennesla municipality is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of vehicles under 3.5 tons, covering both passenger cars and goods vans. As a main rule, all new vehicles purchased through the system must be zero emission vehicles, although fossil fuel cars may be needed in some cases due to stand-by considerations. Only new vehicles are covered by the scheme. At this stage, interested suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system, and new potential suppliers can apply continuously for admission. Procurement under the scheme will take place through mini competitions in which all qualified suppliers may submit tender offers.
