Description
The contract is for seating cushions with pressure ulcer preventative properties with the accompanying accessories and spare parts. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts in order to cover the users ́needs in the best possible way. Contracts will be signed for each sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users ́needs. The maximum total value is estimated to be up to 25% higher than the estimated total value. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension(s) for all or parts of the contract once or several times for a period of up to 2 years. Further content of the procurement is specified in the tender documentation.

The estimated total value for the sub-contract is given. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 25% higher than the estimated total value. Only the tender letter shall be submitted under sub-contract 1-9 (cf. Part I Terms point 3.5). The tender letter and other documentation shall be submitted in sub-contract "Tender Submission".; Module based seating cushion for positioning with the accompanying accessories and spare parts. The estimated total value for the sub-contract is given. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 25% higher than the estimated total value. Only the tender letter shall be submitted under sub-contract 1-9 (cf. Part I Terms point 3.5). The tender letter and other documentation shall be submitted in sub-contract "Tender Submission".; Sub-contract 10 is not an actual competition, but only for document submission (tender submission). Tender letters and all other documentation shall be submitted in this sub-contract.
