Nav has an existing tender for digital job seeker courses, which works well for some target groups. There is, however, a clear need in Inland for more locally adapted systems with local attendance, closer follow-up and possibilities for work practice. Nav Innlandet would therefore like to procure a physical course offer that can supplement the digital and meet the needs of a broader target group of job seekers in the region. Tenders shall be flexible and adapted to both content and length in accordance with the participant group ́s needs.
