Description

A new professional system for educational-psychological services (PP) in Sarpsborg municipality and Fredrikstad municipality, which makes up a complete case and journal system, with adapted functions for extracting statistics, as well as the necessary integrations with the contracting authority ́s stated archives and trade systems. The system shall be completed implemented in the second quarter of 2026. This part concerns the actual competition and the participation requirements. Confirmation shall also be given that the contract terms are accepted.; The minimum/shall- the requirements for the delivery; A more detailed description of the award criteria and what the tenderer shall provide documentation/respond to for each point.
