Description
Tromsø municipality will procure a new education administration system (OAS). Oas shall take care of nurseries, before-and-after-school care. New trade systems in the education sector shall provide gains such as efficiency, increased quality of deliveries, as well as reduce vulnerability to the delivery to users. See the annex for further details
