Søre Sunnmøre IKT, together with its participants, is procuring an Identity Access Management (IAM) licence delivered as software as a service (SaaS). The purchase forms part of the project 'Automation of user administration', which is divided into two implementation phases. The IAM licence is the first delivery of the first phase and provides the basis for detailed planning and execution of subsequent deliveries in phase two, in close cooperation with the winning supplier. The following deliveries are planned: automated user administration in MS Active Directory, Entra ID and MS365; migration of automated administration of pupils to the new IAM licence and implementation of a new Feide catalogue for the municipalities; and automated user administration in Tietoevry Gerica EPJ. The procurement follows the Norwegian Public Procurement Act (LOA) and regulations (FOA), parts I and III, as a negotiated procedure.
