Nav invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement for interpretation services for the Deaf, hearing impaired and deaf blind. In accordance with the National Insurance Act, hearing impaired, deaf and deaf blind persons are entitled to interpreter help. The target group of the Deaf, hearing impaired and deaf blind who currently use Nav ́s interpretation service is 2,700 people. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for this part of the need for interpretation services that are not covered by Nav ́s internal capacity.
