Alver municipality intends to enter into a contract for debt management with Bergen Capital Management AS. The contracting authority intends to conduct lifts for direct procurement, cf. the Procurement Regulations (FOA) § 5-2 (1) letter a, as an option for entering into a contract, for legal competition when the contracting authority can enter into a contract with a specific tenderer. Intention notice is being carried out in accordance with PPR § 8-18.If there is an objection, they can be sent to innkjop@alver.municipality by 25.09.2026 at 12.00.
