The procurement covers a contract for upgrading the Vea administration building through a two storey addition plus alterations and renovation of the existing three floors. The work is executed as a general contract. The new fourth floor will house a laboratory and an office landscape, while the fifth floor will contain a canteen, meeting room and auditorium. The basement will receive expanded changing rooms, a new escape route and new toilet and wet room systems. The first and second floors will be modernised into new office landscapes with new toilets and wet rooms. Ventilation units will be built over the existing workshop building, together with some outdoor work. Operations continue in the existing premises during the works.
