Description

Sarpsborg municipality shall now set out receivable services, which the municipality itself has carried out in the past. The objective of the procurement is to incur the contracting authority ́s outstanding requirements. The recovery shall be carried out in a professional and professionally good manner and in accordance with laws and rules and good debt collection practice. It is a prerequisite that the debtor and the contracting authority have a quick and efficient receivable, preferably pre-lawful, and with the least possible costs for the debtor and contracting authority. This part concerns the actual competition and the participation requirements. Confirmation shall also be given that the contract terms will be accepted.; Further details on the award criteria in the competition are available, including what tenderers shall respond to each criteria.
