Description

The procurement of appraisal services includes both acute and planned injury events for the purpose of ensuring access to independent, qualified appraisal assistance. It is decisive for the contracting authority to obtain thorough and verifiable assessments of the extent of damage, condition status, cost estimate and accompanying documentation, so that further treatment - whether it is for insurance settlements, maintenance planning or legal conditions - can occur on a solid basis. This part concerns the actual competition and the participation requirements. Confirmation shall also be given that the contract terms will be accepted.; The award will be made on the basis of which tender has the best relationship between price and quality, based on the following criteria: Quality (60%) Under this criteria: Assignment comprehension through replies to an equivalent chapter in the requirement specification. Quality of the offered competence through replies to an equivalent chapter in the requirement specification. Price (40%) Price through total response to the total price and price terms (40%)
