This notice establishes a qualification scheme for tenderers ahead of a subsequent competition carried out in accordance with FOSA parts I and II, concerning non-lethal shotgun ammunition for military use. The scheme covers the following products: 12 gauge shotgun cartridges and 12 gauge CS V/H close-range cartridges. Suppliers who qualify will later receive the actual competition documents, including the requirement specifications, which will be sent out under part II to the qualified suppliers. The purpose is to pre-qualify a pool of suppliers capable of delivering this ammunition for military use.
