Die Beschaffung einer zukunftsfähigen, steuerartübergreifenden Bezugslösung zur Ablösung der bestehenden Applikationen (Los 1) sowie der Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen mit mehreren Zuschlagsempfängern für Leistungen zur späteren Ablösung weiterer Applikationen (Los 2).    Die neuen Lösungen sollen als Standardprodukt mit individuell konfigurierbaren Komponenten realisiert werden, mandantenfähig sein und offene Schnittstellen für eine durchgängige Integration in die Systemlandschaft von Bund, Kanton und Gemeinden bieten.
