Es soll ein polygonales, mehrstöckiges Gebäude entstehen, welches sich durch ein zentrales Atrium auszeichnet. Mit drei oberirdischen Vollgeschossen und dem zurückgesetzten Staffelgeschoss wird eine Gesamthöhe von rund 16,00m ab Oberkante Gelände erreicht. Im Untergeschoss ist eine Tiefgarage mit 9 Stellplätzen, Fahrradabstellflächen und Technikräumen vorgesehen.
