Die Gemeinde Klosters plant die Erstellung einer unterirdischen Parkierungsgarage mit 350 PP im Zentrum der Gemeinde Klosters im Gebiet «Platz», im Gebiet des heute bestehenden oberirdischen  Parkplatzes «Casanna» sowie des angrenzenden Parks. Das Gebiet befindet sich in  unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Klosters Platz und ist durch den öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut  erschlossen. Direkt südlich an den Bahnhof Klosters Platz angrenzend befindet sich die  Talstation der «Gotschnabahn», welche das Wintersportgebiet «Gotschna / Parsenn» und damit eines der bekanntesten Wintersportgebiete der Schweiz erschliesst.
