Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses nach heutigen Standards in Ortsrandlage (Gemarkung Ostenland). Vorgesehen ist der Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses mit 7 Toren (6 Stellplätze und 1 Waschplatz) für Feuerwehrfahrzeuge, zusätzlich ausgestattet mit Lager, Werkstatt, Sanitär- und Umkleidebereich sowie anderen Funktionsräumen. Die Fahrzeughalle muss erweiterbar sein. Die Objektplanung für das Vorhaben hat bereits begonnen. Der aktuelle Planungsstand wird mit den Vergabeunterlagen bereitgestellt. Gegenstand der Auftragsvergabe sind die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 sowie besondere Leistungen zur Leistungsphase 8 zum Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung (Näheres siehe Abschnitt II.2.4).
