De gemeente Amsterdam beoogt middels deze aanbesteding Arbeidsmarktcampagnes in te kopen. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen: 1. Employer branding campagnes en wervingscampagnes inclusief advertentie inkoop. 2. Job marketingcampagnes. Employer branding campagnes zijn campagnes waarmee de gemeente Amsterdam wordt gepositioneerd als een aantrekkelijk werkgever. Wervingscampagnes zijn campagnes waarbij de gemeente de doelgroep wil aanzetten tot actie, ‘solliciteer nu’, of ‘meld je nu aan voor de open dag’. Hiermee adverteert de gemeente op vacatureniveau en is het doel om de juiste kandidaten voor de functie te bereiken. Dit omvat het ontwikkelen van campagneconcepten en het uitwerken in online én offline campagnemiddelen, content (tekst/foto/video/et cetera) en activatie acties voor campagnes. Voor online geldt ook plaatsen en monitoren en optimaliseren van de advertenties.; Job marketingcampagnes zijn advertenties op job boards, vacaturesites en niche websites waar de gemeente de vacatures promoot onder de doelgroep. Op basis van een vacaturetekst en doelgroep wordt advies gegeven over de best passende platforms om vervolgens deze vacature als advertentie te tonen op deze platforms en het monitoren en evalueren na afloop.
