Met de code op de ontvangen voucher kunnen medewerkers via de webshop van de opdrachtnemer een keuze maken uit diverse geschenken, zoals een cadeau, cadeaubon, belevenis, goed doel of een eindejaarspakket met diverse producten. Naast een digitale voucher kunnen directies binnen het contract ook kiezen voor het uitreiken van een fysieke voucher of een eindejaarspakket. Het is per directie ook mogelijk om een combinatie van deze mogelijkheden te kiezen. Optioneel kunnen directies een eindejaarsmarkt organiseren. Dit is maatwerk.
