Description

Na een vooraankondiging om de markt te informeren van af nu de aanbesteding gepubliceerd m.b.t.: Het uit te voeren werk gelegen op en grenzend aan de Wilhelminastraat, Rijksweg-Zuid, Engelenkampstraat en Tempelplein te Sittard, in de gemeente Sittard-Geleen. De gemeente heeft gunningscriteria opgesteld (zie verderop in deze inschrijvingsleidraad) om uiteindelijk te komen tot de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving (EMVI) op basis van beste prijs-kwaliteit verhouding (BPKV). De gemeente vindt het belangrijk en is gebaat bij een tijdige realisering, optimale fasering en bereikbaarheid van de bedrijven/winkels/zorginstellingen en omwonenden waarbij de verbinding grotendeels in stand blijft en de bedrijven/winkels/zorginstellingen bereikbaar blijven. 1 De gemeente Sittard-Geleen start na een vooraankondiging op 15 juli 2025 de Europese aanbestedingsprocedure voor de reconstructie van de Wilhelminastraat, Engelenkampstraat en Tempelplein te Sittard. De gehele verharding van de Wilhelminastraat, Engelenkampstraat en Tempelplein is in slechte staat en dient te worden vervangen. Ook de hoofdriolering is plaatselijk aan vervanging toe. De fietsvoorzieningen zijn matig ten aanzien van verkeersveiligheid en worden verbeterd. Ook missen de beide straten de gewenste uitstraling voor een centrumgebied. De verwachte uitvoeringsperiode voor de realisatiefase is januari 2026 tot 12 november 2027. 1
