De opdracht bestaat uit twee percelen: Perceel 1 omvat het leveren, plaatsen, beheren en onderhouden van de K-bewegwijzering binnen het grondgebied van de gemeente Venlo. Perceel 2 richt zich op het actualiseren en verbeteren van de verkeersborden binnen de gemeente Venlo. De geschatte omvang van de Opdracht bedraagt in totaal (beide percelen bij elkaar opgeteld) ongeveer € 525.000,- exclusief btw voor de totale looptijd van 4 jaar. De opdracht voor perceel 1 omvat het leveren, plaatsen, beheren en onderhouden van de K-bewegwijzering binnen het grondgebied van de gemeente Venlo. De kwaliteit, actualiteit en betrouwbaarheid van de bewegwijzering vormen hierbij belangrijke uitgangspunten. Onder K-bewegwijzering wordt verstaan de bewegwijzering naar geografische bestemmingen. Dit betreft zowel de blauwe bewegwijzeringsborden met witte belettering voor autoverkeer als de witte bewegwijzeringsborden met rode belettering voor fietsverkeer. Van de Opdrachtnemer wordt een hoog serviceniveau verwacht, gekenmerkt door snelle en betrouwbare afhandeling van defecten, effectieve communicatie en proactieve informatievoorziening, zodat de gemeente Venlo optimaal wordt ontzorgd gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst. De geschatte opdrachtwaarde (over 4 jaar) bedraagt 475.000 euro exclusief btw. De maximale waarde (over 4 jaar) bedraagt ongeveer 650.000 euro exclusief btw.; De opdracht voor perceel 2 richt zich op het actualiseren en verbeteren van de verkeersborden binnen de gemeente Venlo. Hierbij worden alle bestaande borden beoordeeld op noodzaak, locatie, staat en wettelijke conformiteit. De werkzaamheden omvatten het saneren van overbodige borden, het verplaatsen of vervangen van bestaande bebording, het bijplaatsen van ontbrekende verkeersborden en het toetsen aan de BABW plaatsingseisen. Daarnaast wordt gecontroleerd of de huidige verkeersbesluiten correct zijn toegepast en waar nodig aangepast. De totale omvang van het project betreft circa 35.000 verkeersborden. De geschatte waarde van dit perceel (over 4 jaar) bedraagt ongeveer 50.000 euro exclusief btw. De maximale opdrachtwaarde van dit perceel (over 4 jaar) bedraagt ongeveer 80.000 euro exclusief btw.
