Description

Voor het project Huisvesting zoekt de gemeente Diemen een hoofdaannemer die het Definitief Ontwerp en de technische omschrijving kan omzetten naar een uitvoeringsontwerp en dit vervolgens kan realiseren. De opdracht omvat zowel bouwkundige werkzaamheden als installatietechnische aanpassingen, waaronder de aanpassing van de klimaatinstallatie in lijn met het nieuwe werkplekconcept, volledige vervanging van de brandmeld- en beveiligingsinstallatie, en werkzaamheden aan de passieve data-infrastructuur. Het project wordt uitgevoerd volgens circulaire principes, waarbij de architect oplossingen heeft ontworpen om zoveel mogelijk bestaande wanden te behouden en oud materiaal te hergebruiken. De bouwkundige scope omvat ongeveer 5.200 m², en de vervanging van de brandmeld- en beveiligingsinstallatie betreft circa 6.900 m².
