Description

Dit betreft een Europese niet- openbare aanbesteding ten behoeve van het selecteren van een aannemer voor de Raamovereenkomst voor het renoveren en verduurzamen van woon en winkeladressen aan de Beijerlandselaan en de Groene Hilledijk tot een divers winkelgebied. De gemeente Rotterdam heeft de afgelopen jaren een tijdelijke vastgoedportefeuille opgebouwd ter bestrijding van de ondermijning in delen van de gemeente Rotterdam. De gemeente heeft met deze opdracht als doel objecten aan de Beijerlandselaan en Groenehilledijk (BLGH) grondig te verduurzamen en te renoveren. De portefeuille bestaat enerzijds uit portieketagewoningen en anderzijds uit beneden-bovenwoningen. Een belangrijk aspect van de portefeuille is dat deze deels bestaat uit woningen welke onderdeel zijn van VvE structuren wat extra coördinatie en samenwerking vereist met de omgeving en omwonenden, zowel tijdens de voorbereidingsfase als de eigenlijke renovatie. De Raamovereenkomst heeft als doel om de woonkwaliteit in de wijk te verhogen, door woningen te ontwikkelen die niet alleen energie-efficiënt zijn en voldoen aan de eisen van comfort en duurzaamheid maar ook toekomstbestendig zijn voor de nieuwe bewoners.
