Description

De Opdracht bestaat uit het verzorgen van de dienst. In hoofdstuk 5 van deze Leidraad is de gedetailleerde omschrijving van de Opdracht en de daaraan gestelde Eisen opgenomen. De gemeente Amsterdam heeft de behoefte om voor het inwinnen en verwerken van BGT mutaties snel en flexibel opdrachten te kunnen plaatsen. Op dit moment is nog niet volledig duidelijk hoe groot (in aantallen en financieel) de behoefte is voor de komende vier jaar. Wel verwacht de gemeente Amsterdam dat, gezien de bouw en renovatie opgaven, dat de waarde van de landmeetkundige dienstverlening vergelijkbaar is met voorgaande periode 2022-2025. Team Asset en Geo informatie (AGI) heeft 3 landmeters in dienst, die mutaties voor de BGT inmeten. Daarnaast beschikt Team AGI over een luchtfotokarteerstation. Deze capaciteit is onvoldoende voor het aantal te meten mutaties. Daarom werd deze capaciteit jaarlijks verhoogd via inhuur van een landmeter. De Raamovereenkomst die tot stand komt via deze aanbesteding(sleidraad) dient als opvang voor piekbelasting/ondercapaciteit.
