The Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA) intends to renovate the Tania Leonhuis and extend it with new construction. Works start in Q3 2026 and cover a total of 16,700 m2 of gross floor area. Through this procurement HvA wants to award a contract for project management and building supervision during the execution of the project. The buyer is looking for a professional team consisting of a well trained and experienced project director, a supervisor for building construction and a supervisor for installations. The team must demonstrate extensive experience with educational buildings, BIM and projects with high sustainability ambitions such as BREEAM.
