The Hogeschool van Amsterdam (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences) intends to renovate the Tania Leonhuis on the Health Campus in Amsterdam and extend it with new construction. The total project is 16,700 m2 gross floor area, consisting of 10,725 m2 of new construction and 5,975 m2 of renovation. The work is split into two lots: Lot 1 covers building (construction) works, and Lot 2 covers mechanical and electrical installations. Construction start is planned for November 2026. Contractors may bid for one or both lots.
