Description

De Aanbestedende dienst wenst een overeenkomst af te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor de telefoniediensten voor de gemeente Ermelo, Harderwijk, Zeewolde en Meerinzicht, zoals nader omschreven onder vragenlijst 1.1 van dit document. De overeenkomst heeft een initiële duur van drie (3) jaar, met een optie tot eenzijdige verlenging door de Aanbestedende dienst van drie (3) maal twee (2) jaar. Aanbestedende dienst verwacht de nieuwe overeenkomst in te laten gaan op 01 oktober 2025. Deze opdracht is niet in percelen aanbesteed, omdat deze opdracht naar zijn aard niet deelbaar is. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die de inschrijving met de basis van de beste kwaliteit/prijsverhouding heeft uitgebracht. In de aanbestedingsstukken vindt u alle informatie die u nodig heeft voor het indienen van een inschrijving, zoals de inschrijvingsprocedure, de eisen aan de onderneming, de eisen- en wensen, de wijze van beoordeling van de inschrijvingen en de 'Aanbestedingsvoorwaarden' die van toepassing zijn op deze aanbesteding. Alle informatie in de aanbestedingsstukken dient vertrouwelijk te worden behandeld. Op deze aanbesteding is de Aanbestedingswet 2012 van toepassing.
