Description

De Aanbestedende dienst zoekt een leverancier die een EV veegmachine en een HVO diesel veegmachine kan leveren, onderhouden en repareren inclusief alle benodigde onderdelen, opzetstukken, borstels en andere toebehoren. De totale waarde van de overeenkomst wordt indicatief geraamd op €690.000 aanschaf in totaal voor de elektrische veegmachine en de diesel veegmachine. Onderhoud is €160.000,- voor de elektrische op basis van 6 jaar. Onderhoud van de diesel variant was €240.000,- op basis van 6 jaar over de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst. Deze raming is uitsluitend gebaseerd op een inschatting van de verwachte behoefte, dient enkel ter informatie en betreft geen omzetgarantie. De Opdrachtgever heeft geen afnameverplichting onder de overeenkomst. Aan deze indicatieve waarde kunnen door inschrijvers op geen enkele wijze rechten worden ontleend. Indien een inschrijving een prijsniveau bevat dat naar het oordeel van de Opdrachtgever niet in redelijke verhouding staat tot deze geraamde opdrachtwaarde en het hiervoor vooraf vastgestelde en gedocumenteerde budget, kan deze inschrijving als onaanvaardbaar worden aangemerkt in de zin van artikel 2.28 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 en om die reden terzijde worden gelegd. Conform het arrest van het Europese Hof van Justitie van 19 december 2018 (ECLI:EU:C:2018:1034) bedraagt de maximale financiële contractwaarde van alle nadere opdrachten (deelopdrachten) binnen de overeenkomst: Perceel 1 veegmachines inclusief onderhoud, reparatie, onderdelen, opzetstukken, borstels en andere toebehoren. € 1.090.000,- excl. BTW.
