Description

Dit betreft een aankondiging van vrijwillige transparantie. Senzer wenst een partij te selecteren die kan voorzien in de bemiddeling van de Microsoft Business Central licenties en bieden van technische ondersteuning bij het systeem. Gelet op de aard van haar bedrijfsvoering heeft Senzer een specifieke behoefte. Senzer gaat een overeenkomst sluiten met Lumen Business Solutions. Alleen Lumen BS kan in de volledige behoefte van Senzer voorzien. Lumen BS biedt als enige de branchespecifieke oplossing Civitas aan, waar Senzer ook gebruik van moet maken. Omdat Business Central een essentieel en niet te vervangen onderdeel vormt van de bedrijfsvoering van Senzer en Lumen BS een branche specifieke oplossing biedt die geen andere leverancier kan bieden (o.b.v. best practice, kan Senzer niet anders dan een nieuwe overeenkomst met Lumen aangaan. €1.570.000,-
