Description

Samenvatting: Invest-NL schrijft een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor de selectie en contractering van een leverancier van een samenwerkingsplatform (SaaS-oplossing) ter ondersteuning van het ontwikkelen, beheren en publiceren van het jaarverslag. De opdracht omvat onder meer: • het leveren van een gebruiksvriendelijk en veilig softwareplatform; • de implementatie en configuratie van het platform; • onboarding en training van gebruikers; • ondersteuning tijdens het jaarverslagproces; • ondersteuning van digitale rapportagestandaarden, waaronder iXBRL/SBR (indien van toepassing). De aanbesteding heeft als doel te komen tot een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer die een betrouwbare, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige oplossing biedt, waarmee Invest-NL haar jaarverslagproces kan optimaliseren en professionaliseren. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een initiële looptijd van twee (2) jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging van maximaal twee (2) maal één (1) jaar. De opdracht wordt gegund op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding (BPKV), waarbij zowel kwaliteit als prijs worden beoordeeld.
