Description

De gemeente Coevorden is op zoek naar een leverancier voor een nieuwe vergunningen- toezicht- en handhavingsapplicatie (VTH-applicatie). De opdracht omvat het leveren, implementeren en onderhouden van de softwareapplicatie, waarin ook ruimte is voor toekomstige wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving. De applicatie dient volledig geïmplementeerd en geaccepteerd te zijn voor 1 juli 2027. Deze opdracht heeft een maximale geraamde waarde van € 825.000, -. Dit bedrag is all-in. Dat betekent alle kosten, inclusief implementatie, migratie, opleidingen en ingebruikname. Het beschikbare budget is gemaximeerd op dit bedrag en vormt het plafondbedrag voor de uitvoering van de gehele opdracht, inclusief alle mogelijke verlengingen. Het budget dat beschikbaar is voor de opdracht kan niet overschreden worden. Er kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend aan deze raming.
