Description

De gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch beoogt de implementatie van een gebruiksvriendelijk, schaalbaar en efficiënt Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-systeem. Dit systeem moet ondersteuning bieden aan het centraal beheren van relaties, het verbeteren van dienstverlening richting externe partners, en het efficiënter inrichten van communicatie- en werkprocessen. De geraamde waarde is € 200.000,- voor 10 jaar, exclusief éénmalige implementatiekosten en optionele of variabele kosten. De gemeente beoogt de implementatie van een gebruiksvriendelijk, schaalbaar en efficiënt Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-systeem. Dit systeem moet ondersteuning bieden aan het centraal beheren van relaties, het verbeteren van dienstverlening richting externe partners, en het efficiënter inrichten van communicatie- en werkprocessen. De geraamde waarde is maximaal € 200.000,- (prijsplafond) voor 10 jaar, exclusief éénmalige implementatiekosten (prijsplafond € 75.000,-) en optioneel af te nemen of variabele kosten.
